Twenty-eight-year-old Neico Omali Blackman was attacked by two masked men at his residence and was shot in the abdomen. He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private vehicle. The culprits drove away Blackman’s car, which was later recovered in a cart road at Harrow Plantation, St Philip.
