Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant recently imposed the order for compensation in that amount on Jaleel Antone Kellman, who was recorded as having no fixed place of abode. He had pleaded guilty to damaging a gas hose belonging to Nicole Mark on March 24 without lawful excuse.
