Public Notice: Update banking information to get reverse tax credit

The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) is calling on persons who have filed for the 2019 Reverse Tax Credit (RTC) earlier this year to update their banking information in TAMIS by Monday, December 7.

As part of its efforts to enhance service delivery, the Authority has committed to delivering amounts via direct deposit. It is important for persons to enter accurate information in TAMIS, as this facilitates a faster payment process.

At this time, however, the Authority is specifically asking those persons eligible for the Reverse Tax Credit to go to the Update Details tab in their TAMIS account to enter their current bank or credit union account details, so that these payments can be issued.

To date, a large number of RTC recipients have not provided their banking details. (BGIS)
