Police Public Relations Officer Rodney Inniss disclosed that the 21-year-old and 26-year-old suspects, whose identities are being withheld until they are charged, were apprehended soon after the incident. According to preliminary investigations, two men entered the supermarket with a firearm and a cutlass and robbed people in the establishment of an undisclosed sum of money. Inniss said police searched the surrounding area and apprehended two men of interest. “We recovered a firearm and a cutlass and those persons are in custody,” he said. Eyewitnesses said they saw two men dressed in black, with weapons, leaving the facility.
