Brian O’neal Brown, 33, of Eastbourne #1 has been charged with the murder of Janice Mitchell, 58, of 1st Avenue, Chapman Lane, St Michael. He is also charged with two counts of serious bodily harm to Keisha Mitchell, 37, and her one-year-old daughter Halee Mitchell, both of Chapman Lane, St Michael. Brown is also charged with arson. He is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
