Photographs for first time drivers continues

The Barbados Licensing Authority will continue from Monday, November 22, with the taking of photographs for persons who have paid for their drivers’ licence for the first time, and those who have paid for a transfer of their overseas licence to a Barbados licence, between July 2020 and October 2021.

Persons are asked to visit the Barbados Licensing Authority, The Pine, from Monday to Friday, between 5:00 and 10:00 p.m.

First time licence holders are reminded that they must walk with their pass certificate, Barbados Identification Card or passport and their receipt.

Persons transferring to a Barbados Licence from an overseas licence must walk with their overseas licence, Barbados Identification Card or passport and their receipt.

Only will be issued daily from 5:00 p.m., and only one ticket will be issued per person. This is to ensure that there is adequate social distancing.

Plastic drivers’ licences will not be issued at any of the Barbados Licensing Authority locations.  All drivers’ licences will be delivered via the General Post Office’s courier service.
