Human remains found in St Thomas

Police investigations into the disappearance of Samara Bristol have lead to the discovery of a body in the area of the Mangrove dump in St Thomas.

The discovery was made about 9:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Police said the identity of the body is yet to be ascertained.

The body is in an advance stage of decomposition, police said.

Police have cordoned off the immediate and extended scene and have commenced forensic examinations.
