Court Sentencing delayed for Charley Dume’s killer Barbados Today30/11/20210236 views The sentencing of convicted manslayer Ryan Omar Samuel has been pushed back yet again. When Samuel of Grape Hall, St Lucy, reappeared before Justice Randall Worrell in the No.2 Supreme Court on Monday morning, the hearing was adjourned until December 16. Justice Worrell revealed that the court was still awaiting a prison report. An updated report indicating the time Samuel had so far spent on remand at HMP Dodds also needed to be read in. Back in November 2019, Samuel was found guilty of manslaughter in the shooting death of 25-year-old Charley Dume on April 26, 2014. The case was prosecuted by Deputy Director of Public Prosecution Alliston Seale while Mohia Ma’at appeared on behalf of Samuels.
