Third man charged for Legall murder

A third man has been remanded to Dodds in connection with the murder of 72-year-old Simeon Legall.

Kemar Mario Greene, of no fixed place of abode, appeared before Magistrate Deborah Beckles on Monday charged with committing the indictable offence between November 8 and 10, 2022.

Legall was found dead at his Spring Farm, St Thomas residence on November 10.

Greene could not enter a plea before the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court where Sergeant Victoria Taitt was the prosecutor. He was remanded to reappear before the court on February 14, when the other two accused are also scheduled to make their second appearance.

Romono Anthony Drayton, 27, of School Lane, Halls Road, St Michael and Ian Alleyne Farrell, of no fixed place of abode were previously charged with Legall’s murder.
