BCC’s orientation week September 4-8

The Barbados Community College (BCC) will host its orientation week for incoming students for the 2023-2024 academic year from September 4 to 8. 

There will be a number of sessions for the students which will introduce them to College life such as Strategies for Succeeding in College, eLearning @ BCC, Campus Safety, and Writing Lab. 

They will also be introduced to the suite of services provided by BCC for students. 

Additionally, there will also be a “Just for Parents” session, for parents and guardians, in the Liberal Arts Auditorium on Tuesday, September 5, at 5:30 p.m. 

A special invitation is extended to parents of first year BCC students. This session will provide information about the resources and opportunities available to incoming students. 

The public is reminded that the Convocation Ceremony and Principal’s Barbecue will be held on Friday, September 15. (BGIS)
