Repairs complete at BWA station

Barbados Water Authority (BWA) crews have completed emergency repairs at the Authority’s St Michael facility.

The third attempt to fix the large diameter main was completed at 5:30 Sunday morning.

Customers are reminded that the system will take some time to return to normal. Therefore, the Authority’s tanker crews will continue to make every effort to assist residents during this process.

Customers are asked to bear with the BWA as there may be delays due to heavy demand.

The BWA apologises for the inconvenience caused by these emergency repairs.
