Police probe unnatural death of Christ Church man

Investigations are ongoing into the fatal shooting of a Christ Church man that occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Monday.

Police have identified the victim as Omar Laron Haynes, 37, of Green Hill Drive, Silver Hill.

According to police, Haynes was outside his residence when a series of explosions were heard.
Subsequently, he was discovered lying on the ground with several injuries.

Haynes was transported by private car to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival.
