The team will begin on Monday in the following areas: Cottage Heights, Cottage Crescent, Grove Tenantry, Market Hill, Bridge Cot, Grove Cottage, Bridge Cot Terrace, Old Post Office Road, Cottage Court West, Cottage Crescent Drive, Moon Shine Close, and St Helens. The next day the Unit will spray Workman’s, Jordan’s, Jericho, and Fair View Heights. On Wednesday it will be the turn of Newbury Crescent, Francia Drive, Cottage Close, Cottage Wood, Country View, Cottage Development, Superlative, St. Judes, Logan Road, Upright Street, Rock Hall, and Walkers Terrace. There will be no fogging on Thursday, August 1, Emancipation Day, a public holiday. The fogging exercise for the week will conclude on Friday in the following districts: Todd’s Land, Prerogative, Greens, George Holligan Road, Drax Hall, Drax Hall Hope, and James Drax Street. Fogging takes place from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. daily. Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter. Children should not be allowed to play in the spray. Members of the public are advised that the completion of scheduled fogging activities may be affected by events beyond the Unit’s control. In such circumstances, the Unit will return to communities affected in the soonest possible time.
