Tyrese Kadar Odle, of Rogers Road, Grazettes, St Michael appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke on Tuesday charged with having a gun in his possession without a valid licence and three rounds of ammunition with the necessary permit on August 17—charges he could not plead to as they are indictable and can only be adjudicated in the High Court. The accused, who is not represented by legal counsel, was remanded to make his next appearance before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on September 17.
