Coleridge and Parry school closes due to burst main

Classes at the Coleridge and Parry School were suspended at lunchtime today, Wednesday October 16, 2024, due to a burst water main. The Barbados Water Authority has responded and are currently working to address the issue.

Due to the unavailability of water at the school plant, students were dismissed for the remainder of the day. There will be a further update on when classes will resume, once the Ministry of Education has been advised by the Barbados Water Authority.

We apologise for any inconvenience this early closure may have caused.
