He is James Arthur Branker, 81, of No 45 Orange Hill Development, Phase 2 St James. He was last seen about 1:30 p.m. last Friday, November 1. At the time he was wearing a short sleeve sky blue shirt, black long pants, and brown and black dress shoes. Branker is about five feet, ten inches tall, slim and has a brown complexion. He has a gray afro hair style and a thick, greyish moustache. He walks with an erect appearance, rocks when he walks and has a pleasant manner. He frequents Trafalgar Street, Bridgetown, The City, St. Michael. He is in the early stages of dementia.
