According to a statement from the Barbados Police Service, when lawmen arrived on the scene, they discovered that one of the victims – said to be in his 50s – had suffered a gunshot wound to the left side of his head. He was taken via ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and is said to be in critical condition. The second victim, a male in his 40s, received an injury to his left arm. He was transported to hospital via private vehicle. His condition is stable.
