Update: Man, 24, dies at QEH after Black Rock shooting incident

olice have identified Caleb Waithe, 24, of Small Land, Bridge Gap, St Michael as the man shot at Belfield Land, Black Rock, St Michael around 1:15 p.m.

According to lawmen, Waithe was sitting on the step of an apartment when an assailant dressed in all black and wearing a mask approached him from the right side. The assailant fired one shot, injuring Waithe.

Waithe was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in a private motor car where he succumbed to his injuries.
