Javon Omar Denny will return to the District ‘A’ Traffic Court next year after denying that on Christmas Eve, he used towards Adrian John Snagg threatening words “I would kill you boy”, intending to cause him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. The resident of Husbands Development pleaded not guilty when Magistrate Alison Burke read the charge.
