Petroleum product prices reduced

Effective midnight on February 1, retail prices for gasoline, diesel, kerosene and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will decrease.

Gasoline will now retail at $3.77 per litre, while diesel will sell for $3.25 per litre, reflecting reductions of 11 cents and 16 cents respectively.

The price of kerosene has also been reduced by five cents to $1.43 per litre.

Liquefied petroleum gas will be sold at $161.47 for a 100 lb cylinder, $45.47 for a 25 lb cylinder, $40.18 for a 22 lb cylinder and $36.52 for a 20 lb cylinder.

The next scheduled fuel price adjustment will take effect on March 1. (PR/BT)
