Olympic hurdler Ryan Brathwaite might not have brought home a medal this year, but the country celebrated with him nonetheless, as his semifinals heat and then 110-metre finals brought traffic, work and even pedestrians to a standstill in the City and everywhere else for just about 15 seconds.
