Editor's note

As we prepare for a long weekend, I know some of you are glad for the break from the daily routine of work, dropping off and picking up the kids from school, battling traffic and deciding what to cook for dinner when you reach home.
In this edition we also spoke two Anglican priests share their views on spiritual and physical health and what they have been doing in their respective churches.
We have also included a cupcake recipe that your children or the youngsters in your life would enjoy and spoke to a health cook about the vegan food he serves.
As we pause this Easter weekend, we should take some time to reflect on the blessings in our lives and the sacrifices He made. Indeed sacrifices others have made for us that might have been pivotal in our lives and helping us achieve out goals.
Next week a new month begins which makes me wonder where the year is going. It seems that when I was way younger, it moved so slowly. : ) It was just February and a general election now we’re pell-mell moving into April.
That being said take it easy. Have a blessed and safe weekend.
