Technician admits to obstructing constable

Troy Omar Winston Pinder admitted in Bridgetown court today that he obstructed a police constable during the execution of his duties on Sunday.

Pinder resides at #7 Hothersal Crescent, St Michael.

However, the 27-year-old tyre technician denied using insultinglanguage – that is “Officer, you is a ****ing idiot”, and resisting and unlawfully assaulting Perry Isadore on that same date, June 28.

Bail was set at $3 000 and the accused returns to court on September 28.

  • If he is found guilty of using insulting language, I would place him at the top of the Court steps with two buckets, one of which is filled with water, a cake of soap and a plastic cup.
    Exercise: soap his tongue and wash out every 15 minutes one day for the duration of that day's sitting.
