Two men were granted bail today after appearing in the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court on separate charges.
Jason Omar McClean, 34, of Lewis Gap, Green Hill, St Michael denied stealing a $500 cellular phone belonging to Danielle Downes on May 12.

Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant granted him $1,000 bail.
Meanwhile, another St Michael man pleaded not guilty to entering Susan Greenidge’s home as a trespasser and stealing a phone worth $488, on April 26 this year.
Reinando Winston Bascombe, 20, of Stevenson Land, Kew Road, Bank Hall was placed on $2,000 bail. He was also warned by the magistrate to stay away from Greenidge and her property.

Both unemployed men will be returning to court on August 9.
Bascombe was represented by attorney-at-law Roy Hurley.
