A District ‘A’ Magistrate had reason once again yesterday to caution an accused person to stay far away from the complainant.
Presiding Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant issued the instruction to Trivia Contreau Chase, an unemployed man from Valery, Brittons Hill, St Michael.
Chase, who is charged with unlawfully assaulting Rhodine Headley on Sunday, was freed on $3,000 after his mother Paulette came forward and stood as gaurantor.
The accused was warned that while he is on bail, he must get no closer than 100 yards of Headley and ensure he returns to court on July 26. The prosecution did not object to bail.
