Chefette Restaurants is once again demonstrating its willingness to support cultural events that impact positively on the Barbadian society. The local restaurant chain is giving its full support to the Gospelfest Kids Experience scheduled for Sunday at the Farley Hill National Park.
Just yesterday, it lent its support to Chefette Gospel Kids Experience, held at New Dimensions Ministries in Brittons Hill, St Michael.
During a cheque presentation at Chefette’s Corporate Office, Adrian Agard, executive producer of Gospelfest, expressed his gratitude while receiving the cheque and said: “It is not difficult to find words to express our appreciation to valued sponsors like Chefette Restaurants, as so many words come to mind, like unswerving support, dedication and sincere willingness. But to sum it up, the one word that stands out most in my mind is “partner”.
“Barbados Gospelfest sees Chefette as a valued partner to the festival. You may wonder why I say partner, but the level of service we are given by Chefette’s team brings a sense of ownership to the efforts that we make annually to stage this festival. Chefette is always willing and accommodating where our needs are concerned.”
After presenting the sponsorship cheque, Lisa Carter, Chefette’s advertising manager noted that her company had had a long and enjoyable association with Gospelfest, dating back to 2003.
Carter further said she was impressed by the organizers’ ability to continually improve on the delivery of the festival, year after year.
Patrons of Gospelfest 2016 will have much to look forward to at the One Awesome Day event that comes off on Sunday. The kids will have the opportunity to participate in some high-quality wholesome activities. In addition they will enjoy the jumping tent, face-painting, entertainment, while receiving Chefette vouchers and promotional items.
