Murder accused Constable Everton Randolph Gittens was back in the No. 2 District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday for the continuation of the preliminary inquiry into his case.
The 43-year-old of Lot #1 Dash Gap, Bank Hall, St Michael, was brought through the rain for his appearance before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.
Gittens, who also left court in the rain, is charged with March 15, 2015 fatal shooting Selwyn ‘Blues’ Knight.
He is also charged with wounding his son Junior Knight with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him as well as recklessly engaging in conduct which placed Junior in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
