Paul Henderson Cox is facing a charge of using threatening words towards Ricardo Greaves.
However, when he initially appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday, he pleaded not guilty to the offence.
Cox reportedly uttered the words, “I gine kill you” to Greaves, which caused the complainant to believe that “immediate unlawful violence would be used against him”.
Cox appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant and was granted $2,000 bail with one surety.
The 45-year-old Wilkinson Road, Richmond Gap, St Michael resident, who returns to court on August 11, 2016, was ordered to stay away from Greaves in the meantime.
