A warrant of arrest was issued Wednesday for one of the four men accused of robbing businessman Elvis Graham and patrons at his establishment last June.
When the case came up for hearing before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court, Nathaniel Renaldo Robinson, 27, of Parish Land, Christ Church was the only defendant who was absent from the courtroom.
However, his three co-accused, who were already on remand, were present.
Frederick therefore issued the warrant for the arrest of Robinson, who subsequently showed up in court.
He had previously been granted bail on charges of robbing Graham and some of his customers of $6, 800, a cellular phone and other items.
However, Robinson was remanded today and the matter adjourned until August 4 when all four men are expected to come to court by prison transportation.
