A prisoner, who escaped police custody on August 12, has been recaptured.
Police say 30-year-old Kadarian McNeal Mayers of #4 Hill Side, Gall Hill, Christ Church, who was the subject of an earlier wanted man bulletin, was caught on Monday, September 12 at White Park Road, St Michael.
He has since been formally charged with nine offences, including escaping lawful custody, two counts of disorderly behaviour and six counts of theft.

Mayers is due to appear in the Oistins Magistrate Court on Thursday.
In the meantime, police say they are still seeking the public’s assistance in locating three other wanted men.
They are 37-year-old Marlon Anthony Smith, alias “Brando”, whose last known address was Storey Gap, Codrington Hill St Michael; 24-year-old Akeem Dave Mason, alias “Zonzey” or “Killerbean”, whose last known address was #2 Blades Hill, St Philip; and 29-year-old Livardo Rogelio Hinds, whose last known address was Lodge Road, Christ Church.
Smith (no photo provided) is about 5’6 in height, of slim built, black complexion and has brown eyes. Lawmen say he escaped custody on Friday, September 9, whilst assisting them with investigations in the St Michael area.
“These persons are advised that they can present themselves to the police accompanied by an attorney-at-law of their choice,” a police statement today said.
Lawmen also urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of the wanted men to contact the Police Emergency at telephone number ‘211’, the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477).
“The public is reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted persons; any person caught committing this offence can be prosecuted,” the statement added.
