A 34-year-old landscaper, who is accused of four drug offences, was Friday released on bail.
Antonio Tennerson Seale of St Stephen’s Landing Scheme, Black Rock, St Michael is charged with possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and cultivation of cannabis.
He was not required to enter a plea when he appeared before Acting Magistrate Alliston Seale in the Oistins Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
And since there was no objection to his release, the accused man was granted bail in the amount of $7,500 with one surety. However, Seale has been ordered to report to the Black Rock Police Station every Wednesday and Thursday before 6 p.m., with valid identification.
Seale was also warned not to leave the jurisdiction without the permission of the court.
He is expected to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on January 6 to answer the charges.
