Joseph wins big with Barbados TODAY and Courts

As Jackie Joseph walked away with her raffle ticket from Barbados TODAY’s booth at AgroFest 2017 last weekend, she never imagined that today she would be walking out of Courts with a 42” JVC Smart TV.

When initially contacted and told that she was a winner, Joseph was speechless. Today, when she collected her prize, the shock was still evident.

However, she said she was very excited as she had never won such a grand prize before.

Handing over the television and congratulating Joseph, Courts’ Marketing Officer Tisha Dhayle said the company was “always pleased to partner with Barbados TODAY”.

She also wished the lucky Joseph many hours of viewing pleasure on her new television which was equipped with an air mouse and keyboard, surround sound and
full HD.

Barbados TODAY Sales and Marketing Manager David Williams was pleased by the massive response at this year’s exhibition and thanked all who participated.

“The team welcomed the resounding response received this year. Barbados TODAY recognizes its responsibility to not only disseminate fair, balanced news and information, but also to reach out to our readers and viewers who continue to make us number one online,” he said.

The raffle was just one of the attractions at the Barbados TODAY booth at the annual agricultural showcase in Queen’s Park.

Visitors to the booth were also eager to spin the big wheel loaded with prizes from Massy Stores, Cave Shepherd, G3 Technologies, Jammin’, Bico, Café 195, Digicel and Automotive Art. They also got the
opportunity to meet the Barbados TODAY team, take photos on the blue carpet and even test their skills at being news presenters.
