A 22-year-old man has been remanded to HMP Dodds after appearing in court on gun and wounding charges today.
Kadeem Pierre Holder of #18 York Terrace, Pinelands, St Michael is facing charges of using a firearm on February 20 without a valid licence, and unlawfully wounding Rodney Rogers on the same day with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him or do him some serious bodily harm.
He was not required to plea to either of the indictable charges.
However, Holder told Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant that he was not guilty of having cannabis on March 17.
He will make his second appearance in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on April 18.
