A 32-year-old unemployed man who was the subject of a police wanted bulletin was released on $10,000 bail today, a day after turning himself in.
Jamar Adday Hall of Block 11D, Walkabout Patch, Eden Lodge, St Michael is accused of robbing Junior Hart of $4,000 on April 20.
He told Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant that he was not guilty of the offence. However, he was not required to plead to the indictable charge that on April 7, he unlawfully wounded Kibwe McCollin with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him or do some serious bodily harm to him.
Police prosecutor Station Sergeant Janice Ifill had no objections to bail and Hall was released after Magistrate Cuffy-Sargeant accepted his two sureties.
Hall must, however, report to the District ‘A’ Police Station every Monday and Thursday by noon, with valid identification.
He was also warned to stay away from the complainants in the case.
Hall is expected to return to court on June 22.
