Several accused persons who went before Magistrate Douglas Frederick earlier today have been granted bail.
Among them was Winston Patrick Lynch of Brathwaite’s Gap, Dayrells Road, Christ Church who is charged with stealing $1,035 belonging to South 7 Bar and Grill on on June 30.
The 29-year-old porter who denied that charge, is now on $1,500 bail until October 2.
Meanwhile, Shakerah Nikita Wood pleaded not guilty to assaulting Shanique Shepherd on April 29 and occasioning her actual bodily harm.
With no objections, the 27-year-old Brittons Hill, St Michael resident was granted $3,000 bail to return to court on October 2.
Rices, St Philip resident Ian Arthur Drayton is also due to return to court on Octobert 2 after pleading not guilty to assault.
Drayton, who is accused of unlawfully assaulting Rozanne Walrond on July 2, occasioning her actual bodily harm, was granted $3,000 bail.
