Clifford Junior Sealy of Block 7A, Silver Hill Drive, Christ Church, will be required to keep the peace for the next six months, or he will spend three months in prison.
That was the ruling handed down by Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the No. 2 Criminal Court District ‘A’ after Sealy pleaded guilty this morning to using insulting language to Special Constable Hassan Alkins.
Sergeant Glenda Nicholls-Carter told the court that while in St Lawrence Gap in the wee hours of this morning, the accused called Alkins “a p********”.
Sealy told the court that he was remorseful for his action and assured the court it would never be repeated.
