A Christ Church teen, charged with theft, has been placed on a daily curfew.
Vauxhall resident Tyrese Orlando Devonish must also report to the Oistins Police Station every Monday and Wednesday before noon with valid identification.
There were no objections to bail for the 17-year-old who is accused of robbing Malik Brewster of three chains worth $100 on July 11.
However, as a condition of his bail, which was granted in the amount of $8,000 with two sureties, he must be indoors from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m., pending the outcome of his case.
Devonish, who makes his second appearance in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on August 17, is being represented by attorney-at-law Rasheed Belgrave.
