An 18-year-old unemployed man has been placed on a daily curfew after appearing in a Bridgetown court on several drug charges.
When Shaquon Ainsley Bailey of Seales Avenue, Tudor Bridge, St Michael went before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today he denied four charges of possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and cultivation of cannabis.
There was no objection to bail by the police prosecutor. However, Bailey, must now report to the Black Rock Police Station every Monday and Thursday before noon with valid identification.
The accused teen, who was represented by attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson, must also be indoors daily from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
He returns to the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on February 12, 2018.
