A 27-year-old man, of no fixed place of abode, will call HMP Dodds home for the next 28 days.
Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today remanded Ricardo Scantlebury to prison after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of having apparatus in his possession for the misuse of cocaine.
However, the prosecutor objected to bail on the grounds that Scantlebury had no place to live, arguing that he needed to be remanded for his protection.
He is due to reappear before the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on December 15.
