A 42-year-old landscaper is to spend Christmas behind bars after he was unable to post bail today.
Renaldo Antonio Raeside, of No. 48 Regency Park, Christ Church, is accused of having possession of an offensive weapon, namely a scissors, on the compound of Triple D Enterprises on November 29.
He pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today, but told her he was not guilty of behaving in a threatening manner when he entered the premises of the same establishment on the same date.
There were no objections to his bail. However, Raeside had no surety present, to post bail on his behalf and was remanded to Dodds until December 29.
