Three St Michael men, who appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today, accused of causing a disturbance, have each been released on $3,000 bail.
Thirty-four-year-old Damion Orlando Alvin Worrell, 37-year-old Edwin St Claire Clairmonte and his 32-year-old brother Chris Clairmonte, all of Howell’s Cross Road, allegedly committed the offence on December 12 while at a shop in their community.
They were not required to plead to the indictable charge.
And though not denying them bail, Magistrate Douglas Frederick ordered the men to stay away from the shop where the incident allegedly occurred.
The trio returns to court on February 8.
