A 25-year-old man has been granted $2,500 bail after appearing in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on a number of drug charges.
Shem Atiba Llewellyn Cummins, of Bartletts Tenantry, Sergeant Village, Christ Church, pleaded not guilty to possession, possession with intent to supply and trafficking of $975 worth of cannabis on December 19.
There were no objections to his bail from prosecutor Sergeant Rudy Pilgrim. The accused man was therefore released after Magistrate Douglas Frederick accepted his surety.
Cummins returns to court on March 28.
