A 19-year-old man, who pleaded guilty to a drug charge, has been placed on a curfew.
Terrance Ricardo Armstrong, of 3rd Avenue Goodland, St Michael, was caught by police with 19 grammes of cannabis in his possession while at Holder’s Land, Brandons, St Michael on February 20.
Armstrong reportedly became “very impatient and nervous” while he was being interviewed by police which resulted in a search.
“That is just a little smoke officer,” Armstrong said when asked to account for the illegal drugs.
Armstrong, who is being represented by attorney-at-law Romario Straker, is to know his fate on April 20 following the presentation of a presentencing report by the Probation Department.
In the meantime, he must adhere to a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
