A 22-year-old deliveryman has been granted $5,000 bail.
However, Shamar Stefan Blackman, of Belair Land, Eagle Hall, St Michael, has been warned to stay away from his alleged victim.
He is accused of unlawfully and maliciously engaging in conduct on March 2, which placed Darius Bourne in danger of death or serious bodily harm.
The accused, who was represented by attorney Leslie Cargill Straker, was not required to plead to the indictable offence when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No.1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today.
However, as part of his bail conditions, Blackman must report to the Black Rock Police Station every Wednesday before 10 a.m. with valid identification.
He returns to court on August 14.
