A St Michael man today walked out of the High Court free of gun and ammunition charges.
Romeo Randolph Rudolph, of Upper Dukes Alley, was found not guilty of having a firearm and eight rounds of ammunition in his possession on November 16, 2009.
After hearing evidence in the week long case, the nine-member jury took just over an hour to return the verdict in the case presided over by Justice Randall Worrell.
Vonda Pile was Rudolph’s defence attorney while Principal Crown Counsel Alliston Seale prosecuted the case in the No. 2 Supreme Court.
