A 27-year-old sales clerk, who appeared before a Bridgetown court today on two indictable charges, is now out on $3,000
It is alleged that Racquel Danielle Latoya Bowen, of Blackman’s Road, My Lord’s Hill, St Michael, dishonestly disposed of a gold chain and pendant belonging to Jacqueline Walrond, knowing or believing the items to be stolen.
She was not required to plead to the offence which allegedly occurred in February 19, as well as that of providing a false statement to a precious metals dealer on the same day.
There were no objections to bail for Bowen, who was represented by attorney-at-law Angella Mitchell-Gittens.
Her case continues before Magistrate Douglas Frederick on August 15.
