A 40-year-old man will spend the next 28 days on remand at Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds after appearing in court today on several counts of theft.
Lawrence Nathaniel Hayden Blunte, of 3J Division Drive, Eden Lodge, St Michael, pleaded guilty to entering the home of Beulah Ellis as a trespasser and stealing an iPhone worth $300. He also admitted to stealing a hammer, a stereo, and battery belonging to Imran Mohamed worth $725, as well as to damaging a truck belonging to Confectionary and Snacks (Barbados) Limited.
However, he denied stealing four cases of beer and a radio worth $430 belonging to Nicholas King.
The offences allegedly occurred between March 15 and 24.
