A jet ski operator must be on his best behaviour for the next six months if he wants to avoid spending time at HMP Dodds.
Joshua Ricardo Walcott, of St Lawrence, Christ Church, pleaded guilty to assaulting McDonald Edwards and Pamela Phillips on March 17. He also admitted to uttering the words, “ I going to bust your f****** face” towards Phillips which caused her to believe that unlawful violence would be used against her.
According to the prosecutor, Walcott got aggressive and committed the aforementioned offences after Phillips spoke to his supervisor about his behaviour.
If Walcott breaches the bond imposed by Magistrate Douglas Frederick he will have to spend three months in prison.
