A pre sentencing report has been ordered into the life of a 25-year-old farmer who has admitted to throwing stones along Princess Royal Avenue, St Michael, posing a threat to passersby.
Mario Diego Lamar King, of Lot 26, York Terrace, The Pine, St Michael, was jointly charged with another St Michael man on Monday with the offence.
According to the prosecutor, Sergeant Samuel Hinds, the two men were once friends, but fell out recently. Yesterday, they crossed paths, resulting in the stone throwing incident for which they were both charged and granted station bail at the police station, pending their appearance in court today. However only King showed up and a warrant of arrest was issued for the other man.
“I am sorry for my actions,” King said today after the facts were detailed.
He returns to court on June 29.
