Bangle snatcher Shamar Renaldo Welch is yet to know his fate.
The Rockhampton Road, Grazettes, St Michael resident, who is currently on remand at HMP Dodds, previously pleaded guilty to nine theft charges.
When he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today, the prosecutor, Sergeant Cameron Gibbons, detailed the facts of four of the offences.
Those are that between April 13 and June 2, 2016, he stole a $1,000 bangle belonging to Monica Scantlebury and two bangles worth $2,000 belonging to Glendora Kirton; robbed Margot Odwin of two bangles worth $2,000 and a $300 bracelet as well as Gevenese Corbin of two bangles worth $1,400.
Gibbons told the court that in all the cases Welch approached the women who were either at a bus stop or walking, snatched the items from their hands and ran off.
